I hail from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and am the son of two educators. I've been creating things for as long as I can remember. One of my earliest memories as such was for winning a ribbon for a family of kangaroos I had made out of clay (I cherished a desire to be a zoologist for a while there). Through school, I continued taking art classes and doodling all over my notes in class. After high school, I headed to the Marine Corps and spent my tour on Presidential Support duty in Washington, D.C. and saw a good bit of the world.

College found me at Savannah College of Art and Design where I had great teachers and learned the basics of animated story telling. Another major plus was making so many friends with similar passions for all things creative.

I spent 3 and a half years working in video games during the day and freelance and personal projects at night while living in Chicago, Austin and ending up in Houston. Since fall of 2008, I have been working freelance/temp projects while starting a life with my lovely wife in Houston, TX.
